Through education, training, and technical assistance, the Auschwitz Institute for Peace & Reconciliation supports governments in developing or strengthening policies and practices for the prevention of genocide and other mass atrocities. LAPA Fundraising has conducted a comprehensive assessment of private foundation opportunities for the Institute and manages their private foundations’ portfolio from grant preparation through the award.

Learning Matters
The PBS Education reporter, John Merrow, founded Learning Matters to use media to encourage public dialogue about education, youth, and families. Learning Matters produces The Merrow Report for the PBS NewsHour, a television series for PBS, and a radio series for NPR. LAPA worked with Learning Matters on an executive succession plan and a strategic planning campaign.
